The Corpus Christi 3" x 12" Stearine Pillar Advent Candle Set contains four unscented stearine pillar candles, three purple and one pink, each 3" in diameter and 12" long. This is the longer of the two lengths we carry for Advent wreaths that use pillar candles rather than tapers, such as the large displays seen in churches and schools. Each candle has an estimated burn time of 100 to 120 hours. Please verify that your wreath holds 3" pillar candles before purchasing.

Use & care: Burn time depends partly on how evenly the candle burns, so keeping the top of the wax folded in toward the flame can lengthen it. If you use a hurricane holder, leave at least 1" between the candle and the inside edge. Trim the wick to 1/4" before and after each burn.

They are made for the large Advent wreath displays seen in churches and schools, which use pillar candles rather than tapers, and each candle has an estimated burn time of 80 to 100 hours. Please verify that your wreath holds 3" pillar candles before purchasing.

Use & care: Light one candle at a time in an Advent wreath made for 3" pillars. Trim the wick to 1/4" before and after each burn and remove any trimmings before lighting. For the first burn, let each candle burn about 3 hours (one hour per inch of diameter), then extinguish it and let it cool completely.
