Biblia de America Burgundy Spanish Bible - 610BGS

La Biblia de América in burgundy imitation leather is a complete Catholic Bible in Spanish, translated from the original texts by more than 40 Scripture scholars of La Casa de la Biblia. It is approved by the Episcopal Conference of Mexico and authorized by the Episcopal Conferences of Colombia and Chile. It includes book introductions, notes, maps, timelines, and a Bible dictionary, so it works as both a reading Bible and a study Bible. It is suited to Spanish-speaking Catholics, from laypeople and catechists to religious and priests, and the burgundy cover makes it a fitting gift for a sacrament or family celebration.

The translators prepared this edition with a pastoral focus, aiming for a text that serves prayer and parish life as well as study. Its timelines place the events of the Bible alongside civil history and the world of literature, which is useful for Bible study groups and religious education. The dictionary explains key names, places, and terms. At 5¾ by 8¼ inches, the 2,000-page Bible (Biblia de América, edición en imitación piel color vino) is sized for reading at home, in church, or in class.

Use & care: Suited to daily Scripture reading, Spanish-language Bible study and catechesis, and giving for a sacrament or family celebration. Wipe the imitation leather cover with a soft, dry cloth and keep the Bible away from heat and direct sunlight.
