The Cross of St. Francis™ Paschal Candle is a profound tribute to the spirituality of the Poverello and the Franciscan mission. At the heart of this design lies a magnificent high-relief sculpting of the San Damiano Cross, the iconic Romanesque crucifix before which St. Francis received his divine call to rebuild the Church. The imagery is completed by a combined Alpha and Omega on the upper band and a Chi Rho on the lower band, symbolizing the eternal reign of Christ and the call to serve His people.
