Humeral Veil - JHS - 163-0930

The Humeral Veil - JHS Collection (163-0930) is a long liturgical cloth worn over the shoulders and wrapped around the hands, used to hold and carry sacred vessels such as the monstrance during Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament and eucharistic processions. Made by the Belgian manufacturer Arte Grosse, it is crafted from Tudor Rose damask, a durable, lightweight damask, and is part of the JHS Collection alongside the matching chasubles.

Use & care: The humeral veil is draped over the shoulders with its ends wrapped around the priest's or deacon's hands, used to hold sacred vessels during Benediction and eucharistic processions without direct hand contact. As a woven damask, professional dry cleaning is generally recommended to preserve the fabric and color.
