Advent Wreath Set - 8" Gold Finish Advent Ring with 12" Taper Candles - CC01-126

The Corpus Christi Advent Wreath Set pairs an 8" gold-finish Advent ring, which has four candle cups, with four 12" stearine wax taper candles: three purple and one pink. It is for families, parishes, and classrooms who want to begin the Advent wreath tradition with the ring and candles together. The Advent wreath is a long-standing family observance. The wreath is blessed at the evening meal on the Saturday before the first Sunday of Advent, and a new candle is lit one by one through the season. On Christmas Day the colored candles are replaced with white candles, which burn until the Feast of Epiphany.

Use & care: Place one candle in each cup, and surround the ring with greens or ornaments or set a nativity statue in the center if you like. Never leave lit candles unattended, and keep greenery and decorations well away from the flames.
