## Policies (Shipping, Returns, Accounts)

- **Returns:** Items may be returned for full credit within 10 days of receipt with prior authorization; shipping charges are not refunded. No returns or exchanges after 30 days. Dated or custom-ordered merchandise cannot be returned. Special-ordered items, Bliss Medals, items over $100, and items returned after 10 days may carry a 20% restocking fee. Not eligible for return at all: altar cloths, statuary, custom-sized apparel/vestments, closeout items, furniture, and church signs.

Existing Wheaton Religious Gift & Church Supply customers can link their house account to pay with NET30 terms and receive contract pricing/shipping incentives.
